For more than 30 years, the GW Master of Tourism Administration (MTA) program has led the tourism industry with original graduate degree programs. The Accelerated Master of Tourism Administration (AMTA) program offers the same world-class graduate education as the MTA, but is packaged to meet the needs of working professionals. Students may develop an individualized studies program or may choose one of the two formal concentration areas below. * The Event and Meeting Management concentration enables students to gain a practical and theoretical understanding of special events, expositions, festivals, conferences, meetings, and celebrations.
